Application hosts NetSpot3, which is Telmar's television
module for allocating grps into spot markets. This national
media planning analysis system designed to help a media
planner deal with the practical requirements of quickly
determining and fulfilling an advertiser's local media
requirements in conjunction with Network, Cable and Syndication
plans.
