Transmit provides
a full planning and post-buy evaluation system for television
using continuous People Meter data. Transmit is the most
full-featured product of its kind, and users can have total
confidence in the accuracy of its results. In line with
the majority of countries in the world, Transmit also uses
the international standard for computing reach and frequency
for People Meter data.
As with all other Telmar
systems, Transmit also allows the user to access the complete
People Meter database on their own PC via the Internet.
Optimization
Transmit produced complete program level optimization to
a reach or budget goal. Optimization may be performed on
a weekly basis and displayed for any campaign time frame.
All reach estimates from the system are directly tabbed
from the respondent records.
Program or Daypart
These two modules provide the facility to plan campaigns
based on either program ratings or daypart ratings. The
analysis can be varied by choice or time period the past
data and can be forecast forward to a future time. Up to
20 target audiences can be analyzed at one time against
6 different schedules. A variety of data is available against
each program such as the program share, average rating,
CPP, and an index of each audience against the primary audience.
Additionally it is possible to drill down to quarter hour
ratings, share and individual ratings by program or daypart.
Other features include averaging of data, sorting, graphing,
exporting, reach and frequency, N-tiles, and frequency distributions.
An export facility to
Telmar’s Flowmaster, Adplus, and third-party booking
files are available.
Profiles
This module quantifies the composition of audiences to any
event type, e.g. programs, dayparts, quarter hours, or commercial
breaks. Data per audience is rating, % profile, share and
index. Other features such as averaging, sorting, graphing
and exporting are available. Up to 20 target audiences can
be analyzed at one time.
Quarter Hour/Breaks
This module quantifies channel share of ratings against
all ratings by quarter hour. Data per audience, by channel
are quarter hour raring, quarter hour share and Break rating.
Other features such as averaging, sorting, graphing and
exporting are available. Up to 10 target audiences can be
analyzed at one time.
All modules provide
the user with the opportunity to design their own layouts
on both the screen and output reports.
